South England

Vivienne P

Hello and welcome to our home!
I have been teaching for over 20 years and have a university degree and teaching qualification. I have lived in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Italy and Moscow and I love travelling! I’m married and we have a son and daughter at secondary school. We have a dog and a cat. We live in a beautiful part of South East England in Fleet, Hampshire. Fleet has won an award for being the ‘Best Place to Live in England’ many times!
We are only 40 minutes from London and we are in easy reach of many beautiful places such as Windsor, Ascot, Stonehenge, Winchester, Oxford, Brighton and Bath and Legoland. We have a 4-bedroom modern house and the town is within walking distance. We have a lovely garden with a trampoline and table tennis table. We love walking the dog, going out for the day, go karting, dancing, visiting museums in London, shopping, tennis, swimming, movies, cooking, music and the gym.

 Family information

My husband Nic loves cooking and so expect to eat a lot of Italian (and British of course)  home-cooked food every day!  Besides cooking his hobbies include taking us out in the car to interesting places and riding his motorbike.

My son Max (2002) enjoys playing tennis, running, music, electric guitar, karting and computer games.  He is at school studying Maths, Physics and Computer Science.

My daughter Nicoletta (2000) is at a University nearby studying Cardiac science.  She enjoys dancing, fashion, movies, music and drawing.

My mother lives next to the house in an annexe and she likes going out with her friends.

We have a golden retriever called Florence and a very fat cat called Fluffy who does nothing.

I enjoy walking my dog every day in the beautiful countryside, going to the gym, making bread and cakes shopping and movies.  I would love you to join me in any of these activities.  I also travel a lot as I am a flight attendant.

About the teacher’s accommodation

Our home was completely redecorated in April 2015 and is very modern and clean-looking with contemporary furniture, art and some antiques as well. Within walking distance there are two parks where young people go, and one of them has open-air gymnastic equipment.
The town centre is within walking distance and is 10 minutes away. The train station is 30 minutes away by foot or can be reached by bus. The bus stop is near the house.

One bedroom has two twin beds and there is a smaller bedroom with one single bed. There is a shared upstairs modern shower room and a single toilet downstairs.
