Vivien W

My name is Vivien and I have been teaching English for more than 10 years. I love working with people from other countries and I find it really satisfying helping students to improve their English and achieve their goals. I live with my husband Paul in a beautiful village just 15 km from the famous university city of Cambridge, which attracts tourists from all over the world. As well as the famous university it has theatres, cinemas and some great cafés. We have a big garden with a beautiful terrace. It’s perfect in the summer when the sun shines.

 Family information

I live with my husband Paul and we have 2 daughters aged 25 and 26 who now live in Oxford and London.

Our village is very friendly and it has some traditional English pubs and restaurants. It’s great for walking or running if you like to do exercise. We have a small dog called Millie. She is very friendly and loves having new people in the house.

Cambridge is a cultural city and I love going to the cinema and walking around the city.

We are members of a very friendly tennis club so if you like tennis you would be welcome to join us.

We have a piano if you are musical.

Cycling is very popular in this area and we have some bicycles if you would like to go on a cycle ride.

Paul is a member of a golf and rugby club if you enjoy sports.
