Teacher introduction

We are a warm and welcoming family. We are, Suzie (1978) Poppy (2011) and Rex (2016). We also have a black Labrador, Stanley. We are fun and active and enjoy spending a lot of time at local beaches looking at shells and rock pools, walking in the woodlands that are around us and by the River Tyne, watching birds and splashing in the river. We have recently started skiing and horse riding, two activities that are local to us. We enjoy education and learning and see this as an opportunity for someone to share our home and way of life with us, but we also see that it will be educational and valuable for us as a family. I have just completed a Masters in Photography and my CELTA certificate. I am still interesting in photography but am passionate about the English Language and engaging with others to help them expand their vocabulary. We enjoy cooking and eating, watching films and reading. We are a very close family so we enjoy spending time together doing activities, tasks and relaxing.
Teacher home details
We have a 3 bedroom house. One bedroom with a double bed is for the student – it is very comfortable. There is a chest of drawers in it for clothes and a rail for hanging clothes up. The student will share our family bathroom with bath and shower and a second toilet. There is access to the kitchen for snacks always.
