Peter is a friendly teacher for all abilities and has an aptitude for teaching Law and Business English. He is also a tutor for Trinity English Exams and for the Cambridge Exams. Peter has taught in China with students dealing with International Conferences for the GSL Consultancy. Peter can offer intensive one to one business English and Cambridge exam preparation courses. Peter is also a lawyer and still works freelance.

Peter’s home is a fully modernised 5 bedroomed, Edwardian semi-detached in the centre of Walton on Thames. The house is roomy, with 3 reception rooms, a conservatory and garden. It is in a quiet residential road about 10 minutes’ walk from the River Thames.

Peter lives in Walton on Thames which is outer London and is about 26 km (16 miles) to the South West of London. He lives very near to the centre of Walton on Thames and his house is about 20 minutes walk to the train station and is just a 5 minute walk to the High Street and local amenities. London is a 25 minute train ride away. As well as the attractions of Central London being within easy reach, there are other exciting destinations in the area such as Windsor Castle and further afield day, or half day trips, trips are possible to Portsmouth, Brighton and Oxford.

Walk along the River Thames to Hampton Court Palace – Walk along river to the Hampton Court Palace gardens. See beautiful walled and sunken gardens and trees. Also see the World’s largest vine. Also see large vegetable gardens. (opportunity to visit the Palace also at an additional cost)

Walking tour of Guildford – Visit this ancient city. Tour the cobbled High Street, see the Norman Castle with views over the valley and surrounding hills. Visit the outside of the house of Lewis Carroll and see the statues of Alice in Wonderland. Walk by the River Wey and see the ancient river locks and narrow boats. Wonderful town for shopping also.

Visit Mercedes World at Brooklands, Weybridge – Enormous car museum with many classic cars and models displaying the history of Mercedes Benz. Interactive displays .Production line 3D simulator experience. Cinema and displays showing the history of Brooklands one of the first Motor Racing Tracks in UK.

Visit Windsor, Windsor Castle and Eton – Walking tour of the towns of Windsor and Eton. Visit Windsor castle, the home of the British Monarch for over 900 years. Amazing displays, architecture and furniture. Possibility of visiting St George’s Chapel and hearing Choral Evensong. Walk over the River Thames to the town of Eton. See the world famous Boy’s School, Eton College and the quaint shops. Windsor is also excellent for shopping.

Visit to Oxford – Walking tour of this famous University city. Enter some ancient colleges and learn about the history of the University. Walk along the river, see the old cricket green and see Christ Church College where Harry Potter was filmed. Visit the Ashmolean museum. Take Cream Tea overlooking the Radcliffe Camera. Excellent shopping.
