About the teacher’s accommodation

The house has 4 bedrooms, two toilets, a shared bathroom, a large living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, my office, a beautiful garden, and lots of kindness all around. Students’ bedrooms are large with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. You’ll be able to make this your home and ask for anything else you may need.

About the local area

Totteridge is an old picturesque English village in a residential area of London. It’s situated between the valleys of the Dollis Brook and Folly Brook. Over the centuries the rural qualities of the village attracted well-to-do families and celebrities. In the late 19th Century many late-Victorian and Edwardian mansions were built around the old village; some of the most expensive houses in London. Much of Totteridge was designated a Conservation Area, and no major developments have taken place. St. Andrew’s Church is nearby, with a chapel known to have existed here from 1250. The ancient yew tree in the churchyard is believed to be about 2,000 years old and is the oldest tree in London! The Darland’s Lake Nature Reserve is a beautiful area for walks, a taste of the countryside right in the heart of London.
