Family information

I have 2 daughters. My oldest daughter (2002) loves music, singing, film and shopping! My youngest (2007) is a very keen gymnast and also likes reading. My husband, who is in his 50s, is a journalist and is really into music, film and running. I have a great passion for food and cooking and always love to try different recipes. I also enjoy walking – we have some lovely walks along the beach or up to the South Downs just minutes from where I live. I also love reading and we have a huge library of books to share and discuss if that is your interest!

Southwick is a village with a traditional green and a few shops, a couple of pubs and a beach. We are 5 miles from the bustling beautiful beach resort of Brighton, which is very accessible by bus and train (12 minutes) and 2 miles from the pretty town of Shoreham. I am also situated at the foot of the stunning South Downs, which offers some lovely walks. Also, within a few miles is the pretty town of Arundel, quaint Lewes and London of course – only 1 hour by train. Swimming, horse-riding, gyms, tennis are all very close by.
