Teacher introduction
My name is Gbemi, pronounced with a silent G as you would pronounce knife without the “K”. I love to travel and I’ve travelled wide with my children. We enjoy learning about new places, new cultures and eating different cuisine. I’m a lover of good food and I enjoy cooking. As a family, we love adventure.
Teacher home details
Our home is a very spacious American-style 3-bedroom apartment built along a local nature reserve of open grassland in the heart of southeast London. We have a large living area with balcony overlooking the park and the beautiful London skyline.

Teacher about the local area
Our apartment is located on the edge of one of London’s beautiful nature reserves, Sutcliffe Park, with gorgeous greenery, a running track and outdoor gym all free to local residents. There is a busy high street with lots of well-known shopping outlets a few minutes from our home, and we are only 20 minutes from the West End of London by train. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and the nearest train station is a 10-minute walk.
Teacher family
I have 2 teenage children, both of whom are very well behaved. They are very good at maths and enjoy a healthy academic competition though they’re years apart. We find it fun and interesting that they can compete with intellect. Not only are they well behaved and smart, my daughter Temi is an aspiring model who plays the violin and the baritone, while my son Tayo, plays football for a local club where he has won many awards.
Teacher how to get here by public
From the airport, you could take the Heathrow or Gatwick Express to London bride, then a straight train to Kidbrooke station – very straightforward.
Teacher hobbies and interests
Our hobbies and interests include football, cycling, running, fitness, gym, cooking, playing musical instruments, watching movies, socialising, travel, and nature. We also love different genres of music and like to dance!
