Marina is a qualified and experienced teacher who has been teaching at schools and in her home for over 20 years. Before becoming a teacher, Marina had a very successful business career working for various industry including the retail sector, industry, marketing, finance and property. Whilst working in the business sector she obtained a HNC in Business Studies which covered business accounts, statistics, economics and commercial law.  Marina has taught students of many different nationalities, ages and professions.

She specialises in teaching courses in General English with and without Culture and Business and Professional courses.

Interests

Marina’s interests include art, ancient history, music, the environment, dancing, badminton, country walks, swimming, architecture, science, technology, business, finance, law and property.

Marina lives in a spacious and comfortable detached home in the town of Reigate.  Marina's mother lives with her, and her grown up children now live away from home.  There is a garden for guests to enjoy when the weather is nice.

Reigate is a town built in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Reigate offers a wide selection of leisure and recreational facilities as well as excellent links to major roads, the rail network and Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

Travel Information

Students arriving to Gatwick airport can take a direct train to Reigate station, which is approxiamately a 20 minute journey. Alternatively, there is a direct train from London Bridge to Reigate which is approximately a 30 minute journey.
