Carol is a qualified and experienced teacher of English and lives in the village of Chipping Norton, 35km north of Oxford.

Carol taught in schools in Oxford for many years before qualifying as Teacher of English. Carol has taught students of many different nationalities and levels. She now works as a home tutor and enjoys welcoming students and teaching General English. Carol's background is in Biology also helps her teach medical English.

Carol enjoys a wide range of interests including gardening, music and the theatre, walking in the Cotswolds and cooking. Carol enjoys languages and has studied Japanese for several years.

Carol lives with her husband Allan who is a retired teacher of Geography. Together they have two daughters who now live away from home.

Carol's home is a cosy, modern detached house with 3 bedrooms, study room, living/dining room and kitchen. There is a nice garden at the rear of the house.

Carol and Allan live in the small town of Chipping Norton which is 30 minutes by car or bus from Oxford city.
