Junior English courses in the home of the teacher
Homelingua Junior is suitable for students age 15-18 who are motivated to improve their English language skills. Younger students are placed with home teachers who are experienced in teaching and looking after young people. The teacher arranges a full schedule of lessons, activities and excursions to make sure that the student is busy and enjoying themselves all through their stay. Junior sample schedule
- Choose 25 or 30 lessons per week. Lessons are a mix of formal English language study and study through activities such as cooking and excursions etc.
- The minimum age is 15 years.
- We encourage younger students to use our meet and greet service at the airport so that we can be assured of their safety at all times.
- Lessons are tailor made to meet your interests and needs.
- Your teacher will focus on improving your weak points or on an area of study that you request.
Course details
- Live in the home of your teacher and take 25 or 30 lessons per week.
- Book in week units. The minimum stay is one week.
- Courses start on Sundays and finish on Saturdays. Other start days can be arranged out of the peak season and extra nights accomodation can be booked.
- Lessons take place on weekday mornings and early afternoons. You will have a diagnostic test on your first morning of study after which your teacher will prepare lessons to suit your level, needs and interests.
