Quality assurance
At the end of each week the teacher must send a written report about the lesson content and schedule. This is signed by the student to show that you are satisfied that the lessons have been completed. We also ask each student to complete a questionnaire about their stay and their lessons. Student comments are examined carefully to ensure that we can constantly monitor homestays and teaching. We occasionally visit teachers to monitor lessons and sometimes ask teachers to record their lessons for review by our academic staff.
