How to apply

1Read through the course details carefully and contact us if you have any questions. If you prefer, we can arrange to telephone you at a convenient time to help you choose the appropriate course and location.

2Send your application form by email or fax. We will confirm that we have received your application and send you an estimate of your course fee by the following working day.

3We will send details of your home teacher and host family as soon as possible. We aim to send details of your teacher within 14 working days. Read through your teacher's details carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

4You will need to make payment to confirm your teacher and your place on the course. To confirm your placement you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £150.00 or full fees within 3 working days of receiving your teacher's details. We must receive your full payment at least 28 days before the start of your course.

5After receiving full payment we will send all details required such as the full address of your teacher, local area information and details on how to get to your teacher's home.

6A week or so before you departure we will contact you to check that you have everything prepared for starting your course.
