Louise is a very professional teacher, who identified my abilities and weekness very well. She created an individual course for me, which was just perfect! Louise fullfilled all my wishes and made very good proposals. She accompanied me and povided me with lots of interesting information. Absolutely delicious meals! I thank Louise and her familiy for this superb week. I,m just over the moon with everything I got.
