How to make a booking

You can easily make a booking through our online enrolment form.

When do I need to enrol on my course?

We recommend that you enrol on a course 8-12 weeks before the course starts. However, many of our students enrol 4-8 weeks before. We often have late availability and can arrange courses 4-5 days before you are due to start. Our most busy season is June until September.

Before you enrol on a course, check that you can get a flight to the UK and let us know if possible which airport you plan to arrive into.

You can then enrol on your course using our online enrolment form.

What happens after I have submitted my enrolment?

• We will confirm that we have received your application and send you an estimate of your course fee.
• You will then need to pay a deposit of £150.00 to confirm your enrolment. Your deposit is only refundable if we cannot arrange the course that you request.
• We will send details of your home teacher and host family as soon as possible. Read through your teacher's details carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
• We require full payment of your course fee 4 weeks before the start of your course.After receiving full payment we will send all details required such as the full address of your teacher, local area information and details on how to get to your teacher's home.
• A week or so before you departure we will contact you to check that you have everything prepared for starting your course.
